Junior STEM Adventures at Uptown Jungle

Our Junior STEM Adventures camp is the perfect introduction to science and technology for young learners. Open to students aged 4-6, our special program combines hands-on activities in the classroom with educational playtime in the Uptown Jungle park! Students will be introduced to programming through Kodu, a visual programming lab that will allow them to create their own basic computer game. They will experience science demonstrations and construct projects using WeDo Lego robotics kits. Then, they will have the opportunity to explore the Uptown Jungle park and experience hands-on applications of their activities through zip lines, climbing walls, slides, trampolines, and more. This camp offers the perfect combination of mental engagement and physical activity that will spark a lasting curiosity about STEM in the real world!
