Camp Cancellation/Modification Policy
We understand that times are uncertain; therefore, camp tuition is transferable for any future camp. If registration is canceled at least (3) three days prior to the start of camp, the 100% credit will stay on the student’s account and can be used for summer camps or STEM birthday parties. If registration is canceled within (3) three days of camp start, 50% of the camp fee will be credited to the students’ account.
Low Enrollment Policy
Minimum camp size is 5 students; we reserve the right to cancel a class with enrollment below this threshold. Students who are enrolled in a camp that canceled due to low enrollment will be offered an alternate camp or a full refund and parents will be notified at least five days before the camp starts.
Waitlist Policy
If a camp is filled, our registration system offers a waitlist option. We recommend placing students on the waitlist; when space opens up we will contact them on a first come first serve basis.
